Galveston Details
Games / Books: You are welcome to enjoy one of our board games for some quality family time. If however you would like the kids to entertain themselves for a while, you will find a Super Nintendo system under the television in the family room. There are a variety of games, so there should be something for every child's taste. Also, if you forgot to bring reading material we have lots of books and magazines for you to choose from.
Outdoor Shower: We also have a huge enclosed outdoor shower. It is great for rinsing off after a long day at the beach. It is equipped with a large bench as well as a rack for hanging towels and swimsuits. It is also large enough to wash off any inner tubes, rafts or other beach toys that may have gotten sandy. After showering enjoy sitting down below under the deck in our outdoor living room area, complete with a couch, love seat and hammock chairs to hang out and enjoy the afternoon.
Market / Grocery Store: There is a great little market/grocery store just around the corner. It is amazing that they seem to have everything that a large chain grocery store would carry and the prices are not over the top. They also have a great meat department if you want to grill out. Do not forget there are tons of great things to do in Galveston. Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn Water Park, and mini-golf are just a few of the attractions that are just minutes away.
