Wildlife: Be prepared to see many different kinds of wildlife including white tailed deer, moose, flocks of turkeys and black bears. The property is in a 100 acre preserve where wildlife is abundant.
Canoeing and kayaking: The Saco River is a canoeing/kayaking enthusiasts dream. The Brownfield Bridge is upstream from this property and that is where many of the sponsored canoe trips end leaving the rest of the river peaceful and private.
