- Affordable 'home away from home' in a quite field overlooking the mountains of Acadia National Park.
- Weekly arrivals Saturday after 2:00 pm; departure by 10:00 am on following Saturday. I will greet you upon arrival, and walk through the place with you prior to departure. I expect you to leave a 'broom clean' apartment. If you do not, damage and cleaning fees apply (as specified in the occupancy agreement).
- A deposit in the amount of one week's rent is required to confirm a reservation. I will send a confirmation and receipt along with an agreement stipulating the terms of the rental, including damage or extra cleaning fees. Renter must deliver a signed agreement prior to occupancy. Full refund of deposit will be made with one month's notice to owner. One half of the deposit will be made with one to three weeks' notice. No refunds will be made with less than one week's notice.
