This property is a beautiful drive through the hill country. Exit Hwy 29 from interstate 35 going west or from Austin go north on 183 to Hwy 29 headed west. From both directions you will travel through Seward Juntion West to Liberty hill, passing Bertram then Burnet to Buchanan Dam Texas on the west side of Lake Buchanan take a right on Texas 261 3 miles to Black Rock Estates. After you turn onto 261 you will pass an Exxon on your left, then Black Rock Park on your right. After Black Rock park there will be a guard rail on your right then three mail boxes, another guard rail and eight mail boxes immediately after the eight mail boxes is Black Rock Drive turn right into Black rock estates and the house is straight ahead.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

• $175 per night. Minimum 4 day advace booking necessary to process payment and paperwork
• $175 per night weekends 2 night minimum
  $210 per night Holidays and holiday weekends. 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
  Weekly rates are available at a discount please inquire with desired dates
  
  Booking Policy:
  Payment in full including deposit plus lease agreement and waiver signed and returned in order to secure your reservation. A minimum of 4 days advance reservations necessary in order to process payment and receive all signed documents prior to stay.
  
  Cancellation policy: There is no charge for cancellations made 30 days in advance of stay. There will be a 25% charge for cancellations made 11 to 29 days prior to stay, a 50% charge for cancellations made 6 to 10 days prior to stay and 100% charge for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to stay.
  
  
  
  Payments accepted via paypal.
• The house is to be left in the same condition as it was when you leased it.
  Clean, linens cleaned, beds made, towels cleaned and put away.
  If you would rather enjoy your vacation without cleaning you may opt to pay a cleaning fee of $75.
  This includes 3 hours for cleaning.
  If the time exceeds 3 hours you will be billed an additional $25 per hour to leave the property in the same condition in which it was received by you.
  Check in is at 3:00 PM and Check out is at 1:00 PM. There is a $25 fee for late check out for the first 30 minutes over 1PM and $25.00 for each hour after the first 30 minutes.
