Call for details. - Payable by check or money order. 1/2 of the total rental amount is due within two weeks of reserving. The balance is due one month prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of $100 is also due with the final payment.
Cancellations of weekly rental: Cancellations more than one month prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee of $250. If cancelled in the month prior to arrival, you will lose 1/2 of your rental fees unless we are able to rent to someone else, in which case you will forfeit $250.
