Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates subject to state and municipal taxes.
- Serious Inquires Only (Pricing is set seasonally and only negotiable for monthly rentals). The reservations policy: two nights are charged at the time the reservation is made. If you need to cancel, you can call 7 or more days prior with a $75.00 cancellation fee. If it is 7 days or less we will apply to a future date but offer no refunds. Must be 25 years old and have credit card in your name.
