South Haven House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2,100/week.
Rents weekly Saturday to Saturday.
Summer Season: May 2013 - August 2013 $2,100.00 per week
A $500.00 deposit will secure the reservation. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival date with a $250.00 security deposit, which is returned within 30 days of departure.
A non refundable $100.00 will be charged for any cancellation. If a rental cannot be booked for canceled dates, no amount of deposit will be refunded, except security deposit if paid. If house is left excessively dirty $100.00 will be deducted from security deposit. - Check In: 3:00 PM on Saturday arrival
Check Out: 11:00 AM on Saturday departure
