The rental balance (personal check) and a $500.00 security/cleaning deposit are due 30 days prior to occupancy.
Gas fireplace isn't turned on until after Labor Day each year. Guest House has no A/C and Landlord isn't responsible for any breakage to appliances or equipment. - Pool water temp. is set at 78 degrees. Landlord isn't responsible for any broken Utility equipment; Computers, Cable TV, A/C, Pool Equipment, Pool Heater or any other Appliances. All repairs will be made as quickly as possible.
Guest house: The guest house is rented with the main house only. In addition, the 'Outermost House' AKA, guest house, doesn't have air conditioning, although it has ceiling fans in each room or tenants can bring a small A/C window unit if they would like.
Property is not rented for functions, parties, weddings or other large gatherings. (8) people max.
