St. Joseph House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $200 to $1050 a night
- Rates start at under $30 per bedroom, per night, in the off season and go up to $85.00 per night in the summer if you rent a full week. We will consider breaking up a summer week, but then expect to pay more anywhere from $125 to $150 per night for three night minimum. Will consider two nights, but inquire for rates. My properties are much nicer and less expensive than a bunch of hotel rooms.
Inquire for off season and long term rates. Weekends available in the off and shoulder season. Mid-week is less expensive than weekends and shoulder seasons runs until around mid- October. Renting all our our houses we can accommodate up to 46 people! - Please visit our other properties for additional options.
