Yarmouth Cottage Summary

We are running a Labor Day special of $200 off for 8/30 - 9/6 to bring it to $595. Starting our 4th season we completely renovated the cottage during the off season. We put in a new IKEA kitchen, renovated bathroom and painted the wood walls white. The cottage has many new updates from the past 3 years including new curtains, rugs, sanded/sealed hardwood floors, tiled kitchen floor, sofabed and stove to name a few. The kitchen will have new pots & pans, dinnerware, glassware and utensils for the 2008 season. Shabby chic furniture and accessories. Why rent a tired old rental when you can have crisp, clean & new! It's a short .5 mile walk to 3 public Bass River beaches. We are also centrally located near ferries to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard for day trips on the fast ferries. Our week starts on Saturday at 3 PM and runs until the next Sat. 10 am

It's a short .5 mile walk to 3 public Bass River beaches.If you are not familiar with the Bass River/South Yarmouth area we are centrally located 1 1/2 hours to either Boston or Provincetown(the furthest tip of Cape Cod). We have many amenities around us here starting with 6 public beaches within a mile plus several mini golf,Hyannis Mall (for those rainy days),Zooaquarium,Whale watch boat trips, Fast ferries to Nantucket or Marthas Vineyard and so much more!
