Payment Schedule: 50% of the total rental fee must be paid 5 days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid 60 days prior to the arrival date.

A $25.00 service charge will be levied for any returned checks. - You can also wire money to the Villa Encantada bank account. Wiring instructions will be sent upon request. Visa and MasterCard are accepted via Pay Pal, however, there is a 3% transaction fee.
