Payment is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted by check, money order or major credit card. Arizona sales tax is included in the rate. - Peak Season (Dec, Jan, Feb, March): $2695/month, call or email for alternative lengths of stay.
Mid Season (Apr, Oct, Nov): $2495/month, call or email for alternative lengths of stay.
Value Season (May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep): $1900/month, call or email for alternative lengths of stay.
The property is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals. Additional housekeeping/cleaning is available at the rate of $125 per day and must be requested at the time of booking.
If you cancel fewer than 60 days before your arrival date, no monies will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. No refunds for delayed arrivals or early departures.
Check in/arrival time starts at 4pm on the first day of your stay.
Check out/departure time is 11am on the last day of your stay.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed in the unit.
