It is located in one of the most exclusive neighborhoods on the island, Arashi.

Excellent opportunities for windsurfing, snorkeling, golf, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, tennis, swimming and sailing. Hotels and casinos in the area offer a variety of world-class entertainment and dining experiences. Situated next to the Lighthouse and the Terra del Sol golf course and among quiet, exclusive residences, Aruba Villa is on the Northwest corner of the island. There are three superb beaches within 100 to 200 yards of the house. The property is only 1.5 to 3 miles from most restaurants, casinos and hotels. Several large, American-style supermarkets are found slightly further toward town.
