- The first of the two master baths has a luxurious Kohler Greek Seeping Tub with a hand shower and sits overlooking the water. The second master bath has a large tiled shower with a window in the shower opening to the water. Both were designed to give the feeling of bathing in the natural elements. For convenience there is a half bath in the 30' x 40' loft. The beach floor bath is very spacious with a 6' tile shower and pedestal sink. The outside hot shower is great for showering under the stars and removing beach sand.

Cheticamp House Details
Cabot Trail : Cheticamp is on the Cabot Trail at the entrance to the National Forest. Driving North you overlook the spectacular Gulf of St. Lawrence where the warm Gulf Tides join the Atlantic Ocean. There are groomed hiking trails, nature walks, camping, kayaking, moose, eagles and bear. As you round the top crest, there is Gampo Abbey, the famous Buddhist Monastery; the most remote village Meat Cove and delicious Morrison's restaurant. Starting south along the Atlantic, you can whales watch on a sailing schooner, dine at the elegant Fairmont (Canadian Pacific) Keltic Lodge, and poke around numerous coastal villages. You'll come to St. Ann's Gallic College wonderful gift shop; Baddeck, the Sailing Capital of the World and Alexander Graham Bell's excellent museum; on to the Normaway Inn for dinner and fiddling, maybe even Buddy or Natalie McMasters . Now drive through the gorgeous Margaree Valley. And another day go to Louisbourg, the magnificent restored Eighteenth Century French Fort.
