Deposits: Weekly rate plus cleaning fee plus 8% tax. Deposit required. Pay in full if stay is within 2 weeks of inquiry. If not security deposit plus half is required to hold date and remainder is due within 2 weeks of stay. Call for details.

Garage: Single garage will fit Small boat size of SUV. Vehicles can use garage if needed. Plenty of parking in front of building. Key is not available to lock garage during stay unless asked for in advance.*
