Beech Tree Cottage is a charming two-story guest cottage steps from Main Street in the picturesque village of Sag Harbor, NY ('the Hamptons'). The owners are year-round residents who live on the other side of the lovely shared garden/property. The cottage has its own private entrance and parking area, and the back deck - with barbecue grill and bistro table and chairs for outdoor dining - is screened with trellis for privacy. The two bedrooms upstairs have a queen size bed and two twins, respectively. Linens and towels provided. The lounge and kitchen/dining area downstairs is decorated in English pine, and features wireless internet access, TV, VCR/DVD, CD player, & many books and games. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, pots and pans, coffee maker, microwave, etc. An easy 5-minute walk to Sag Harbor's Main Street, with first-class restaurants and shops, and a short drive to the beach. Accommodates 4 People, maximum.

Sag Harbor is a beautiful and historic waterfront town, two hours east of New York City on the east end of Long Island ('the Hamptons'). In addition to picturesque scenery and classic New England architecture, Sag Harbor offers world class cultural activities - theater, shopping, galleries, nightlife - as well as fabulous beaches, horseback riding, fishing, golf, biking, nature walks and more. Beech Tree Cottage is centrally located within an easy 5 minute walk along the water to the village's Main Street. The beach is a short drive or bike ride away.
