If the cottage is left the way you found it, your deposit is returned. This does not just mean tidy, it means ready for the next client arriving. If not, it becomes a cleaning fee. Pet charge $50 plus refundable $100 pet deposit. Deposits and pet policy are detailed in rental agreement. - Memorial Day through Labor Day, weekly rentals preferred. Off season minimum two night stay.
September 3 -October 20 monthly rates are $2000. From October 21 - May 22,2014 monthly rates $1400
