Newport Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1500/month for Sep to May, $800/wk in June, $1200/wk July & Aug. Minimum rental period is a month.
- Rental periods and rates are negotiable. For those who want to rent for the whole summer, we are open to that if you are willing to vacate for a week or two in July. You only pay for the weeks you are there, so if you know you can't go for a week or two, we'll use it and you don't have to pay!
No Weekend Or Weekly Rentals due to condo association bylaws. Also note: Short term rentals in the winter may have higher monthly rates than what is listed here.
Note as of May 2010: LAST TWO WEEKS OF AUGUST ARE BEING RESERVED FOR SEPT-MAY RENTER SHOULD THEY REQUEST IT. THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE FOR SUMMER RENTERS. THANK YOU!! - No additional charges beyond what is described under rent.
