Newport Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $1600/month for Sept to May, $3000 for June and $4000 for July and $4000 for August.
  • Short Term Summer Rental: Aug 1 - Aug 31 2007: $4,000/month - 1 month minimum
    Notes: Includes A/C, Cable, Internet Access, Electric, Basic Phone & Water. Does not incl. long distance.

    Long Term Rental: September 3 2007 - May 30 2008: $1,700/month - 1 month minimum
    Notes: Incl. heat, cable, Internet access, basic phone & water. Does not include Electric or long distance.


    Rental periods and rates are negotiable. However, No Weekend Or Weekly Rentals due to condo association bylaws. Also note: Short term rentals in the winter may have higher monthly rates than what is listed here.
