NO WEEKEND OR WEEKLY RENTALS/Note about off-season: Please do not contact us to see if we would consider a weekend or weekly rental. Our condo association does not allow it even though the County does. A Note about the off-season rental period - We make every effort to rent the condo to the same tenant during the off-season (Sept-May), so although it may show that the condo is available, we have the right to refuse potential tenants that are only looking for a portion of the off-season. Thank you for understanding.
