Just steps to the beach and town and five minutes to the excitement of Atlantic City casinos, restaurants, shows, and shopping. Now winter '06 Atlantic City weekends and summer '07. Beautiful, brand new, 3100 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, shore house. The 3rd floor features spacious living quarters with great room, stainless and granite island kitchen, cherry floors and gas fireplace. If the steps are too much, take the elevator! There are five decks and breathtaking ocean views. Ceiling fans in all rooms as well as two-zone heating and cooling. On the second level are the sleeping quarters. The master suite has a king bed, deck with ocean views, and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom #2, Bedroom #3 (also with deck) are here. On the ground floor, you will find the family room with wet bar, refrigerator, queen sleeper and deck, bedroom #4 with bath, and laundry. Attached garage.
