Southampton House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly in-Season from $5k to $10k, Of-Season from $3k to $5k. Monthly from $6k to $45k.
- Rentals include all services, utilities* and linens. A cleaning fee of $250 is not included in the Rental Fee. A $1000 refundable security deposit is due 1 week prior to check-in. A non-refundable 50% deposit of the Rental Fee is due upon booking the property, the balance is due 30-days prior to occupancy. *Propane for pool heater is additional and not included in fee and utilities are not included for seasonal rentals.
- All 2009 Summer rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon booking the property, the rental fee balance is due 30-days prior to rental along with a $1000 security deposit.

Beach Details: Beach Passes are for the Hampton's villages are attached to your vehicle. Non-resident beach passes are available for purchase at the entrance to most of the major ocean and bay beaches. Weekday pass is $15 per day per car, Weekend pass is $30 per day per car. The house is a short 5-6 mile drive to Long Beach in Sag Harbor and 7-8 miles to several Bridgehampton ocean beaches.
Golf: Long Island national is public regional course.
