- We charge a $150 deposit to hold the dates you want. This money is 100% refunded after your stay and inspection of the property. This money is separate from the rental rates. We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you cancel within 30 days prior to your first night you loose the deposit. If you cancel within 10 days of your first night you loose the deposit and rental amount.
