Refund and Policies: 1. Cancellation refunds up to one-month prior to stay. 2. Reservations made less than one month prior to check in may be applied to rescheduled dates up to 12 months. A 25% handling fee will be deducted from cancellations and reschedules inside of one month. 3. Sorry, no parties without prior approval. Evidence of parties will result in additional fees for cleaning and extra guest(s) fees. 4. Pets and smoking not allowed.
Deposits and Payments: 1. No deposit required if in the US. 2. Out of country - refundable deposits required. 3. Will confirm rental upon receipt of payment in full. 4. All guests are responsible for the replacement of broken or missing items. Guests will be billed for any damages occurring during their stay. 5. Reservations will not be held without payment in full! 6. All fees must be paid through PayPal. 7. Daily rates start at $175/night for 2 guests
Make the A-List: For future discounts become a member of the A-List. Here's how: 1. Leave the place in order, no broken or missing property. 2. Observe the no smoking policy, please! The patio & porches may be used for smoking. 3. Report and pay for all additional guest(s) as required. 4. Must have stayed for at least two visits or stayed at least one visit and made a potential A-List member guest referral. 5. Check out on time. The A-List membership reward is a 15% discount on rental rates and 50% off on additional guests rates any time of the year, Taxes are not discounted. Membership is forfeited if above criteria are not maintained. If you meet these criteria and have not been notified, please bring this to our attention upon your next visit.
