Take in the amazing views and sunsets, watch boats passing by while relaxing on plush rattan chairs on one of two decks. Need more recreation? Cherokee Village offers numerous amenities...including two championship golf courses, two lighted tennis courts and six outdoor swimming pools…all just 5-10 minutes from the house! Or how about a day of antique shopping in adjacent old town Hardy? We’re only 2.5 hours from the airports at Little Rock, Memphis or Springfield/Branson. Cherokee Village (CV) offers many recreational opportunities to visitors with year round activities. There are two 18-hole golf courses and both courses have pro shops, rental carts and other services. There are two recreation centers with swimming pools, miniature golf and lighted tennis courts. If you enjoy boating and fishing, CV offers seven lakes and there is access to the Spring River and the South Fork River inside the Village. Lake Thunderbird is the largest of the CV lakes and offers full marina services and water skiing access. Our lake house is located on beautiful and tranquil Lake Sequoyah, which connects via water canal to Lake Thunderbird.
