This stylish, clean, uncluttered condo, with 14 foot high ceilings and two skylights, is located 5 minutes drive from the Pier in Huntington Beach and can sleep up to 8 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a full sized washer and dryer, a balcony overlooking the pool and jacuzzi (there are three separate pools and Jacuzzis in the gated community) cable television, computer, fax, printer and WiFi access. It is 25 minutes from Disneyland and freeway close to most other major southern California attractions.

This condo is located very close to the Pier in Huntington Beach, which is known for great swimming, surfing, bird watching on the wetlands, kayaking, duffy boat riding, kite flying, beach walking etc.. The Pier and beach area are filled with small boutiques and numerous restaurants. The condo is also very close to Disneyland (25 minutes drive) and other major Southern California tourist attractions like Knott's Berry Farm, Seaworld and the San Diego Wild Animal Park. Several of the largest malls in Southern California are also a short drive away--Fashion Island in Newport Beach, South Coast Plaza, and The Block at Orange. All Major Los Angeles area attractions--Hollywood, The Getty Museum, Malibu, are also easily accessible by freeway.

Huntington Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rate details: When we receive your registration email, the property will be put on hold for ten days pending a deposit of $500 dollars required for booking, This $500 reservation deposit automatically converts to a refundable security deposit upon arrival. The $500 security deposit is returned per Rental Agreement stipulations regarding loss, damage, excess cleaning charges. Final payment in full will be due before check-in, at a date to be determined by the property manager on a case by case basis. After payment in full is received, a refund is made only if property can be rented for the same time and contractual price. Check in is after 3:00 and check out is by 10:00 am. Any deviations from these times must be agreed to by the property manager. Small animals will be considered and if accepted, an additional deposit of $500 will be required as well as an additional rental fee of $25 a night.
