- This SECOND STORY studio apartment is one large room with a full kitchen. There is one queen bed, and the sitting area has a sofa that can be used for sleeping one person. There also are two very comfortable fold-out floor mattress; and the chaise lounges on the veranda are very comfortable, if the weather is good and you like outdoor sleeping. IT IS LIMITED TO USE BY NO MORE THAN FOUR PEOPLE.
