Located 10 minutes by car from the Rosarito Beach Hotel, clubs and shops in the downtown area of Rosarito. Less than 1 mile North of Las Rocas Hotel and Spa across from the 90 foot statue of Jesus. There is a rock beach in front of our penthouse and a sand beach 400 yards from our property. We understand that there is good surfing at these beaches.

Rosarito Beach Condo Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $3400 weekly or $700/ night with a 3 night minimum for summer and holiday weekends
  • Rent the 6 bedroom penthouse for $3400 a week or $700 a night with a 3 night minimum for summer and holiday weekends. No refunds for cancellations.

    $85 Cleaning fee is not refundable
    $400 Security deposit is refundable

    50% of total rental cost to be paid upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • We will need 50% payment of the total cost to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.

    You may make a Direct Deposit at any Union Bank to account# 0471324376 or you may pay through Paypal with an additional 3% fee.
