Rosarito Beach Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1750 weekly or $350/ night
- Entire giant 6 Bedrooms, 4 Bathrooms sleeps 16-25 unit which consists of unit A and B available for $1750/Week, $350 /night on weekends and on weekdays.
Unit B is a three bedroom two bath and also has Master bedroom with fireplace in bedroom and full ocean view. By itself B is $188 a night on weekends,Fri-Sun and weekdays. The weekly rate is $1200.
Unit A by itself is 3 bedrooms two baths. It is $125 per night on weekends, Fri-Sun and on weekdays. The weekly Rate is $1500
$100.00 Cleaning fee is not refundable
$200 Security deposit is refundable
50% of total rental cost to be paid upon reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. - We will need 50% payment of the total cost to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival.
You may make a Direct Deposit at any Union Bank to account# 0471324376 or you may pay through Paypal with an additional 3% fee.
