Falmouth House Summary

Oceanfront home located on Nantucket Sound overlooking Martha’s Vinyard Island. Swim, sail, fish just steps from where you sleep. We are located in Falmouth Heights MA and feature a large ½ acre lawn area. The house is a white Stucco craftsman style bungalow measuring 50’ x 40’ and is two floors. Reserve early! Owners are on location and know and love Cape Cod and are happy to assist you in planning your holiday. Linen, picnic tables, beach chairs, barbecues, TV, DVD, WiFI There is a large pond behind the house with a scenic 2 mile walk along. We have great fishing at the Great Pond Bridge a minute away. Public beaches with lifeguards are 2-5 minutes away.

Located 1/2 mile from Falmouth Heights and two miles from Main Street. Take the Shining Sea bike path to Woods Hole! We are 85 minutes from Boston or take the Bonanza bus from South Station to Falmouth. We are a quick cab ride from the Bus station and could even pick you up if we are home. From Falmouth you can take a ferry to Marthas Vinyard or make the quick drive to Hyannis and catch the boat to Nantucket. Falmouth has many world class golf courses and beaches.

Notes: No need for AC as the cool ocean breeze is feet from the house. If we were a few hundred yards back from the ocean AC could be used but no need at all here!!! We provide one set of towels per registered guest. We are located in a residential setting which allows our guests peace and quiet. We expect that our guests treat our home responsibly and do not have functions or large gatherings without written permission from the owners. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight as parking is limited and the home may be at capacity.

Owners onsite : We have owned this Inn for 25 years and it is a part of our life. We live on premise in an apartment comprising about 40% of the first floor of the house.
