- Reservations can be made up to 9 months prior to the date of arrival and require a minimum stay of 3 nights. Credit cards are accepted as are personal checks/money orders. A down payment of 50% of the total is required upon booking (personal check/m.o. are to be sent via USPS) to confirm the reservation with the remaining 50% due 45 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. If reservations are made within 45 days of the scheduled arrival date, full payment is due upon booking. Cancellations must be made at least 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for a full refund. Any refunds for cancellations made within the 45 day period are contingent upon the rebooking of the days reserved and are issued only for the number of days rebooked. (A full refund will always be issued should the property's management initiate a cancellation prior to arrival.)
