Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Two night minimum
Weekly Rentals 7th night is FREE at regular rates.
$50.00 Pet Fee, Small pets only, under 15 lbs. with Owner Approval.
Cleaning fee is $65 for 2 and $85 for 4 people
*All guests and pets are accounted for at check-in* - 5 night minimum during Thanksgiving/Christmas; New Years/Labor Day 4 nights; Three(3) night stay for remaining Holidays.
A valid credit card # is required for security/damage deposit.
