Pawleys Island Condo Details
SeaSide Inn at Litchfield By The Sea Resort: Seaside Inn is a brand new condo complex located at Litchfield by the Sea. We custom decorated and upgraded ours to make it more comfortable for our family as we plan to use it as well. I think you will find it very tasteful and very different from the others (done by the developer with no choices, no variations and very Motel 6ish). It also has granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, 9 foot ceilings, feather beds, down pillows and 350 thread count sheets in every room, 2 combination DVD/VCRs, darling décor and other upgraded amenities as well as a relaxing screened in porch with a view overlooking a pond with two fountains (the gentle water sounds is just great).
Wonderful Location: It's about a 10 minute walk to the beach along a golf cart path and located across the parking lot from the new pool and water park (maybe a 2 minute walk). You can also take the golf cart shuttle to the beach (it runs every 20 minutes from the pool to the beach), or you can drive (free beach side parking is available for Seaside Inn renters next to the beach club).
Vacation Well at the Beach in a Resort: As a renter of Seaside Inn you also have the following amenities at no charge: private beach access, a private beachside beach club for your use, brand new pool and water park (towels are free if you return them, $12 if you don't), lighted tennis courts (first come first served), golf cart paths, bike rentals, a health spa($10/day), a restaurant and a Starbucks all on the grounds. If you're looking at a map, Litchfield by the Sea is located between North Litchfield and Pawley's Island. It's about 30 minutes south of Myrtle Beach and about 20 to 30 minutes north of Georgetown, SC. Within Litchfield by the Sea, facing the resort, Seaside Inn is to the left of Webster's restaurant and the hotel.
