Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $250 security deposit / $150 for periods 4 days
- Periods ending before June 17, 2011(June 18, 2011 check-out) and beginning on and after September 10, 2011 to year-end: $1250/week
Prime: 2011: $1560 week (one week minimum, Saturday to Saturday check-out in most cases). PRIME: Begins on June 18, 2011 and ends on Septemer 9, 2011 Optional cleaning fee ($80). Rates subject to CHANGE AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO CONFIRMATION. $130 discount for PRIME reservations confirmed by May 15, 2011(net: $1430/week).
Other times: Two day minimums $225/night for non-prime reservations.
