Pocasset House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $750 to $2,200 week, depending on number of people.
- Weekly rental $1,400 to $2,200 depending on number of people. Inquire about other lengths of stay
Winter rental $1,200.00 month, plus utilities. Note: house has just be insulated and has a new heating
system. There is a utility charge in the fall, winter, and spring. - $60.00 cleaning fee
Early June special starts at $1200 a week!

- The upstairs bathroom was completely remodeled in 2008 with a divided floor plan that allows someone to shower while someone else uses the sink area. The fixtures, floor tile with ceramic sea creatures embedded in it, and walls are all new. The downstairs bathroom was remodeled this spring, 2011, and has a wonderful walk in shower. See the photos.
