Pocasset House Summary
Enjoy your coffee on the deck and go for a pre-breakfast swim from the end of your private dock. Bring your own boat to the dock or use the rowboat, 2 kayaks, o to take your family to one of three beaches in this private community. Find hermit crabs in front of the house at low tide. The house has an open floor plan that looks out on the water. The enclosed porch, deck and dining area are wonderful places to enjoy the sunset, boaters and birds. The swimming, sunning, and boating dock is right in front of the deck. The row boat is available to explore the area. The house is in a private summer community that has a swimming dock, beach, playground, and clamming area. The sandy beach has lots of shoreline to walk along and discover shells. Sailing lessons can be taken a few streets over. There is a water park and miniature golf nearby. This is a good area to stay in or to start exploring the rest of the Cape. The wireless and cable let you stay as connected as you want to be.

This is an excellent location because you can either stay at the house and enjoy a Cape Cod water and beach vacation, or can readily explore the rest of the Cape, Martha's Vineyard, Nantucket or Boston and Rhode Island. Falmouth is just 15 minutes away. Woods Hole with its aquarium and ferries to the islands is next to Falmouth. There is a picturesque biking and running path along the Cape Cod Canal, 10 minutes away. There are several summer theaters on the Cape.
Fishing and whale-watching boating excursions are nearby. Enjoy the house and the Cape.
