Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- From $130nt plus tax & cleanout
- 10% discount for any last minute bookings meaning, (within 5 days of your arrival date) during the months of May through September.
WINTER MONTHLY RATE - $1,595/month + $100 Clean-out fee
In season: May-Oct-$145/night; Off season-$130/night; Holiday-$165/nt
2 night minimum except for Holidays requiring 3 night minimum.
To above nightly rates add Clean-out Fee of $95. + 3.9% Tax. Tax only apply to less than 30 day rentals.
50% Deposit at booking with balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
15% Cancellation Fee.
No refund if cancellation within 60 days of arrival.
Check-in 4:00 PM; Check-out 11:00 AM.
No Smoking, No Pets, No exceptions
