Centrally located in the heart of the beauty that is Southern Utah. Midway between Zion and Bryce Canyon on picturesque Highway 14. Duck Creek Pines is the premier development in Duck Creek Village and is surrounded by Dixie National Forest with year-round access. Located at 8400-feet above sea level, provides perfect cool summer temps for ATV riding and tons of snow for winter snowmobiling. My cabin is perfect for family getaways and for tourists seeking a home base from which to explore our national parks including the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Less than 20-minute drive to Brian Head Ski Resort, Navajo Lake, and Cedar Breaks National Monument. Less than 30-minute drive to Cedar City and the Shakespearean Festival. Less than 45-minute drive to Zion and Bryce National Parks. Three-hour drive to/from Las Vegas.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $250/night -- $1500 week -- Pets Negotiable
  • Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • May 15 thru Sept. 15 - 3 night minimum for weekends.
    $275/night (1-6 guests) - $325/night (7-10 guests)
    $1,650/week (1-6 guests) - $1,950/week (7-10 guests)

    Sept. 16 thru May 14
    $250/night (1-6 guests) - $300/night (7-10 guests)
    $1,500/week (1-6 guests) - $1,800/week (7-10 guests)

    One week minimum Dec. 1 thru March 30 due to potential snow removal.
    $250 refundable security deposit--Pets negotiable.
