Our Condo at Royal Mauian: Our 2 bed and 2 bath condo has a new king size very comfortable Simmons Beautyrest and two new twin beds. Each room has an overhead fan. It has fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, VCR, CD, private telephone, washer/dryer. Oceanfront swimming pool is close, but you do not hear the noise or see the pool. Pool is kept at very comfortable temperature. Our condo is conveniently located near restaurants and shops so that you do not have to drive all the time.

Oceanfront lanai has view of neighboring islands and walking access to well-maintained grounds. Beautiful roof garden features BBQ grills, kitchen areas with refrigerator, microwave, sink and serving bar, as well as outside dining areas with tables and chairs. 360-degree view of roof garden includes the majestic Haleakala , West Maui, islands of Lanai, Molokini, and Kaho’olawe. Great whale watching in winter.

Kihei, Maui: Kihei is located on a sunny and dry side of Maui where you can enjoy many activities. Enjoy swimming and snorkeling right outside of the condo with many tropical fish. Go diving near Molokini island. Dive boat leave from Kihei Boat Ramp. There are championship tennis and golf courses nearby. Many shops and restaurants located around the condo or in Wailea are very convenient. Venture out to 10,000 feet high Haleakala for hiking, bicycling, or horse back riding.

Golf: There are may golf courses near by. You can plan in private golf courses in Wailea which is located just south of Kihei.

Guest Book: We had a wonderful time in Maui. We especially enjoyed staying right on the beach - seeing and hearing the waves from the living room and thenwalking a very short distance to the public beach next door. I was surprised and impressed at the immaculate grooming of the grounds and the cleanliness of the common facilities. The homeowner’s representative was a pleasant woman. I think your rate is a little low. I thought the $200 per night was an extreme bargain considering the location and quality of the unit.
