Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

A $300 fully refundable security deposit is required.
A 50% Rental deposit is required upon booking. - State Tax is included and will be pd by us for you. The Cleaning Fee is not for profit, it is what we pay to have the condo cleaned.
