Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $215.00 per night + $200.00 cleaning fee + taxes and $350.00 refundable security deposit
- We require 1/2 rent and 1/2 cleaning fee (including taxes) + security deposit at time of booking.
The remaining 1/2 rent and 1/2 cleaning fee is due 30 days before check-in date.
Any bookings within 60 days of arrival date are to be paid in full.
