Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weeks from $900. to $3500. depending on season. Weekends $500. additional nights $150. off season.
- Off season weekends or 2 night minimum stays $500. additional nights $150.
- Please call for early summer and fall weeks. They are much less than the peak weeks. My website has the availability posted with rates.

Brant Beach House Details
Pet Boarding Available: Pets can be boarded close by only 10 minutes from the house. Lucky's Bed & Biscuit is in Manahawkin. You will pass by it on the way to and from LBI. It's a brand new facility. You can even view your pet from a web cam if desired. They accept Dogs, Cats and Exotic animals.
