Immaculate Air Conditioned, Non Smoking, No Pets, Brant Beach Oceanfront with unobstructed views. This house has it all, great beach and located centrally on the island. The house is in Brant Beach about 1 mile South of the causeway. There is a handicap beach access ramp adjacent to the property. The house is elevated on pilings with plenty of parking and outside showers. DSL WiFi High Speed Internet Access. You must be at least 21 years old to rent.

Long Beach Island has beautiful sandy white beaches with plenty of water activities. Surfing, Windsurfing, Kiteboarding, Surf and Boat Fishing, Biking, Rollerblading, Hiking, Kayaking, Kite Flying, Shell Collecting, Sunbathing and just stress free relaxing. Plenty of Restaurants and cultural activities close by. Surflight Theater, Movie Theaters, Fantasy Island Amusements and Arcade, Bay Village and Viking Village for shopping, Barnegat Light House. Barnegat Light and Beach Haven Party Fishing Boats.
