Golf: There are 3 golf courses within walking distance, the first is Jack Nicholas Mayan Palace course and the other is an championship course at the Libero Star Resort. The third is the Mayakoba Golf Resort and will host the first every PGA event in Mexico, the Mayakoba Classic will be played in February for the next 5 years.
Porto Moralus: 10 Min north on Hwy 307 is a small fishing village called Porto Moralus, here you will find some of the best restaurants around and one of the best snorkeling reefs in the world. The are is a federally protected area and just awesome for snorkeling and deep sea fishing.
