Newly renovated Fall 2006!! ......Our condo is beautifully maintained with a penthouse floor, direct gulf view. We just upgraded the unit with cabinets and counter tops, new appliances, carpet, paint and furniture. It is fresh and lovely, waiting for you to visit. The unit is perfect for couples or small families, with a sofa sleeper in the living room. We furnished it with full kitchen, 2 TVs, DVD player, games, books, movies, travel crib & beach chairs. The most wonderful feature of our condo is the view. We have a direct gulf view, not angled, like many of the 1 bedroom condos at the Sundial Resort. When you walk in the door, stand in the kitchen to make your coffee, sit at the table or on the couch you see the gulf. We love most to sit on the screened lanai and watch the beach goers. My goal in renting you our home away from home is to make your vacation stress free and relaxing in a beautiful tropical setting. Save 30%-50% by renting from owner direct.
