'Water Haven' is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit condo in the prestigious new gated community of Canopy Walk located on the Intra coastal. It is perfectly located 20 minutes south of St. Augustine (the oldest city in America) and 20 minutes north of Daytona Beach. It is a wonderful place to relax and have quality time with the family doing simpler things...going to the 0-entry pool and kids water playground, fishing, enjoying the ocean, going on neat day excursions. Golfing and tennis are also big in the area. We are 1 mile from the ocean and a little over an hour from Walt Disney in Orlando. And world famous Orlando is only 1 hour west.
This location is also great for you NASCAR fans because of the close proximity to Daytona. The area fills up quick so make your reservation early for the Daytona 500 races.

It is a perfect retreat and ideal for family getaways and glorious memorable vacations. The community features a beautiful 0 entry pool area with a hot tub/spa. For the kids there is a wonderful water park play area with slide. The clubhouse amenities include: a grilling area, separate gazebos with fans, his and her bathrooms, a state of the art fitness center and a billiards room. There is a walking path around the community in which you’ll see a hidden kid’s tree house with slide and a sand volleyball court as well as a basketball court. Enjoy nice walks along the Intra coastal and watch the boats cruise by. You may want to walk to the new European Village just a few minutes leisurely stroll along the water.
