Whether you're looking for a gourmet dinner at the neighboring Four Seasons Resort for fresh lobster or authentic Italian cuisine on the beach. The marina and beach are just steps from your front door. Pool, jacuzzi, outside shower, tennis court & exercise room. You are within minutes to tienda and an activities center. Next door at the Four Seasons Resort you'd pay a minimum of $3500 a week for a little 300 sq ft hotel room. This is not your typical Puerto Vallarta vacation experience! Punta Mita's fantastic peninsula location allows easy access to the cobblestone streets and shopping of Puerto Vallarta but away from the resorts crowd. Great surfing at many breaks, fishing, whale watching, golf, dolphin encounters or island trips are easy. Small guard gated complex, not a mega resort, no crowds.
