Because of this, we provide self-catering rentals which are all-inclusive. You will not have any 'surprises': There are no extra prices to rent our elegant apartments. Please Note: included in the rental price is electricity, independent heating and water costs, towels and linens provided, local taxes and final cleaning costs. Even typical Umbrian food, red wine and beverages are provided in the kitchen for a hearty Italian breakfast the first morning of your stay. Help for All Your Needs included! (This is hard to find in the Italian vacation rental market!)
The only extra cost and on request is the new Air conditioning system with an activation fee. Fans for free in each room.
Special Price for Long Stay Period !!! Please, Co - Note: normally a weekly stay is assumed to be from Saturday to Saturday.
