This lovely apartment has been recently restored, furnished and decorated. Neighborhood: groceries (open all the week from 7am – 10pm). Internet points, wash and dry, newspapers, pharmacy, hospital, banks, coffee shops, restaurants pubs, market (San Lorenzo), museums, churches, and all kind of shopping facilities. Car parking is available nearby the apartment in pay garages. The Duomo is less than 5 minutes walk. The San Lorenzo Market is less than 3 minutes walk. It is on the 1st floor (11 steps only) of a simple and typical building of the historical center. It is equipped with bed linens and towels. Weekly change. Heated and the guest can regulate the temperature of the rooms. Air conditioned. The owners of the apartment are from Florence and live close by the apartment. They are always on hand to offer any advice or to make any suggestions on any aspect of your holiday.

It has been recently restored, furnished and decorated. It is on the first floor (11 steps only) of a simple and typical building of the historical center and consists of: living room with dining corner and comfortable pull out sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen corner. Two bedrooms: one double with en-suite spacious bathroom to bedroom with tub, and one with twin beds, bathroom with shower. High standard of furniture (antiques and moderns), typical florentine cotto floors and wooden beamed ceiling. The apartment is only few minutes walk to the railway and bus station, so it is very easy to make daily excursions to the main sites of Tuscany and Italy. The owners of the apartment are from Florence and live close by and are always on hand to offer any advice or to make any suggestions on any aspect of your stay.
