Mid-week specials do not apply to holidays. Monthly rates available upon request. - A $75.00 cleanup fee and a $100.00 refundable security deposit are required with each stay. Additional cleaning fee may be required for stays of more than one week. Rates are subject to Florida sales tax.
Small pets are allowed only with prior approval. Pet fees apply ... $10 per day for 1 pet, $15 per day for 2 pets or $50.00 per week for 1 pet, $75 per week for 2 pets. An additional $50 per pet will be added to the refundable $100 security/damage deposit.
** Deposit required to secure the rental (will be returned after cleanup). The rental fee and cleanup fee are due two weeks prior to arrival.
