Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3,500-$4,200/week, 2-day minimum starting at $650.00 per day to $1,000.00 per day.
- Rates do not include: 4% Accommodation tax, 6% Maryland sales tax, $150 cleaning fee and a $1,000.00 security deposit.
- Starting at $3,500.00/week, $650.00/night off-season. (October 1 through May 30), 2-day minimum stay. $4,200.00/week, $1,000.00/night in-season (June 1 through September 30), 7-day minimum stay. Speak with owner regarding special off-season rates. All linens, towels, bikes, kayaks, sailboat and game room are included in your stay.
