Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rates from $160-$175/night plus taxes. NO CLEANING DEPOSITS.
- Payment equivalent to two nights stay is due in order to have a confirmed booking. Reservations must be cancelled no later than 7 days prior to arrival for full refund of prepayment minus $100 processing fee. Cancellations within 7 nights may be charged $400 if a replacement booking cannot be found. Owner will make every effort to find a replacement booking and is not into keeping any deposits, but has to put something in this space. Thanks.
