- There will be a $300 security deposit, due with signed agreement, which will be returned to you within 7 days after your rental, providing the premises is in good condition, and broom swept with all trash and garbage having been placed in the outdoor shed. The condo has a full size washer/dryer, and wireless internet, a wall to wall shower in the master bath, and a shower/tub in the 2nd bathroom. Outside is 1 parking spot in lot.
- Rental fee: $400 deposit to reserve the rental with the remainder due 60 days prior to rental date.
