This large and beautifully decorated home is East of Rt 12 (Oceanside) and a short 250 yds to a private beach.
Within walking distance of the Currituck Lighthouse, shops, and restaurants, this home boasts three full floors of fun. With decking on two sides on the upper two levels, there is plenty of space to share, and plenty of space to find privacy. Six of the seven bedrooms are 'master bedrooms' (with private full bathes). The bottom floor has a game room (complete with pool table), additional kitchenette area, and leads out to the private pool (can be heated for $350 extra) and hot tub. Guests can enjoy volleyball, horseshoes, basketball, two fish-cleaning tables, 2 charcoal grills, and there are TVs and DVD players in every room. The second level den area also has a PlayStation II. Wireless high speed internet helps to complete the amazing amenities found with this property. The great room has a surround sound system with speakers on the deck.

- OUR HOME RENTS FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY and we participate in a program that allows our guests to check in directly at our home as early as noon on check in day. There will be a caretaker on premises of the property on turnover day from 9AM until 5PM insuring your property is in tip-top condition for your vacation stay. Upon your arrival the caretaker will notify you which part of the premises are ready at that time for occupancy and will gladly guide you in use of all the amenities your home offers. If you are vacationing for multiple weeks the caretaker will arrive the following normal turnover day to service the property once again. Check out is 10AM on check out Sunday.
