There will be a caretaker on premises of the property on turnover day from 9AM until 5PM insuring your property is in tip-top condition for your vacation stay. Upon your arrival the caretaker will notify you which part of the premises are ready at that time for occupancy and will gladly guide you in use of all the amenities your home offers. If you are vacationing for multiple weeks the caretaker will arrive the following normal turnover day to service the property once again. Check out is 10AM on check out Sunday. RENTAL RATE INCLUDES LINENS.
